GRACE LEWIS VENABLE

Grace joined Patterson in the summer of 2022 and currently serves as an Associate. During her time at Patterson, Grace has been directly involved in raising capital for over 40 transactions totaling $860 million in debt and equity financing. Her experience ranges across various asset classes including multifamily, hospitality, industrial, land, and office. Grace has also supported select advisory assignments, providing detailed analyses of clients’ specific projects or situations.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining the firm as a full-time Analyst, Grace was an intern for Patterson assisting the transaction team in the execution of debt and equity assignments.
